Founded in March 2025, Eric’s Home Services is the product of over 20 years of hands-on industry experience. Eric’s roots in the trade run deep — his father owned his own A/C and commercial refrigeration company, and by the age of 13, Eric was already riding in a service truck across the DFW area learning the ropes. Brad officially joined the industry in 2019, bringing a strong work ethic and a shared vision for building something of their own — a company where culture, pride, and service truly matter.

Eric is NATE-certified and holds a Texas HVAC Contractor’s License. Over the years, he’s built and scaled multiple HVAC and plumbing companies, earning a reputation for operational excellence and customer loyalty. Today, Eric and Brad are focused on growing their own brand — one that values people over profits and strives to create a phenomenal workplace culture where employees and customers both win.
