How is the price calculated?
The estimate is based on real, current pricing from our most recent installs across Mabank, Cedar Creek Lake Area, and DFW. We update the underlying numbers quarterly to reflect actual equipment costs and labor rates. The price you see assumes:
- Standard residential install (no unusual access challenges)
- Existing electrical panel can support the new system
- Standard equipment placement (no rooftop, crane, or unusual mounting)
- Permits included where required
- Manufacturer warranty registration completed
- 1-year labor warranty
Real pricing always requires an in-home assessment to verify the load calculation, ductwork condition, electrical capacity, and any property-specific factors. Our in-home estimates are always free and never high-pressure. You can use the estimate to compare to other quotes — most homeowners do.
Why we publish honest pricing
Most HVAC websites bury pricing because they want you on the phone with a salesperson before you can comparison shop. We do the opposite. Honest, upfront pricing builds trust. If our prices aren't competitive, you should know that before scheduling a visit. They are — but you get to decide that, not us.
