We provide residential and light-commercial HVAC services, including diagnostic, repair, installation, maintenance, indoor air quality, and emergency service across Mabank, the Cedar Creek Lake Area, East Texas, and the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. Estimates and Pricing
All repair and installation pricing is quoted flat-rate in writing before any work begins. You approve the price before we perform the work. Diagnostic fees ($79 daytime Monday–Saturday, $129 after-hours Monday–Saturday, $199 all day Sunday) apply to service calls and are waived when you book the repair with us (daytime diagnostic only). Prices published on the website are current estimates and are subject to change without notice; the price on your signed written quote is binding.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of work unless other arrangements are made in advance. We accept cash, credit card, check, and financing (see our financing page). Financed installations are subject to the terms of the financing agreement between you and the lender.
Warranties
New equipment installations carry the manufacturer’s parts warranty (typically 10 years when properly registered, which we handle for you within 60 days of installation) plus a 1-year labor warranty from us. Repairs carry a limited warranty on parts and labor; specifics vary by repair type and are included on your invoice. Extended labor warranties are available at additional cost.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of non-emergency appointments so we can offer the slot to another customer. Repeated no-shows may result in a $79 rescheduling fee for subsequent appointments.
Limitations of Liability
Except where prohibited by law, our liability for any claim arising from services performed is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

The content on https://www.callerics.com is provided for informational purposes. Pricing ranges, guides, and articles are educational and do not constitute a binding offer. Using the website does not create a service relationship until we confirm your appointment.
