"My A/C was out in this heat, it is a Clayton mobile home upflow system so my wife called Ken's in Mabank since they had helped my in-laws that live on my property. I told them I wanted a residential unit with a 10 yr warranty. They said it couldn't be done and never sent me a proposal. After 2 days with no A/C I called who I wanted in the first place and called Eric's Home Services. They had 5 stars and believe me, they deserve them 5 stars. Very prompt and made the "impossible" happen. They installed a brand new Lennox system with 10 yr warranty. Eric and his crew are great. I would recommend them 110%"
